Silkroad Online CH Level 95 “Captain” (Blue Zerk) Quest Guide

In Silkroad Online, one of the most iconic milestones for Chinese (CH) characters is the Level 95 Captain quest. Once completed, your character not only gains a powerful new ability but also earns the prestigious “Captain” title displayed in yellow before your name.

Although many veteran players already know this quest by heart, some players—especially those switching from European characters—may not be fully familiar with all the required NPCs and steps. This guide explains everything clearly, without unnecessary clutter.

📌 Quest Overview

• Level Requirement: 95

• Race: Chinese (CH)

• Objective: Unlock Blue Berserker (Blue Zerk)

• Rewards:

  • Blue Zerk activation

  • “Captain” title (yellow name prefix)

  • Access to Berserk recovery potion (with cooldown)

1) Imperial Army’s Test 1 – Military Trial

✔️ NPC: General Sonhyeon (Jangan)

• Talk to the NPC to accept the quest

• Talk again to get teleported into a special arena

🎯 Objective:

• Survive for 10 minutes, OR

• Kill the Army Captain

💡 Tip:
Enter the arena with a full Berserk (Zerk) bar. Time is limited, so dealing damage quickly helps a lot.

2) Ingredients for the Pill – Preparation Phase

✔️ NPC: General Sonhyeon → Exorcist Miaoryeong

After completing the first task:

• Talk to General Sonhyeon

• Then speak with Exorcist Miaoryeong

This step mainly prepares you for collecting spirit-related items in upcoming quests.

3) Stone Statue Demons’ Bells

✔️ NPC: Exorcist Miaoryeong
📍 Location: Jangan Cave B2

🎯 Objective:

• Kill Stone Ghost (stone lion-type monsters)

• Obtain 1x Stone Demon Bell

⚠️ Drop is RNG-based, so it may take some time.

After obtaining the item:

• Talk to Buddhist Priest Jeonghye to proceed

4) Tombstone Spirit Encounter

✔️ NPC: Buddhist Priest Jeonghye
📍 Location: Jangan Tomb

🎯 Steps:

• Use the Spirit’s Bell item

• This will summon Old Tombstone Ghost

• Kill the summoned monster

Afterward:

• Return to Exorcist Miaoryeong and complete the step

5) Miaoryeong’s Charm

✔️ NPC: Exorcist Miaoryeong
📍 Next NPC: Hunter Associate Gwakwi (Jangan Hunter)

• Simply talk to the required NPCs

• No combat required in this step

This is a short transition quest.

6) The Spirit – Capture Mission

✔️ NPC: Hunter Associate Gwakwi
📍 Location: Taklamakan

You will receive:

• 100x Trap for Spirit

🎯 Objective:

• Capture Niya General monsters

• Obtain Normal Spirit

⚠️ Important Mechanic

Niya General monsters are not aggressive by default, meaning they won’t follow you unless attacked.

Trap for Spirit	Flutter Spirit	Normal Spirit

💡 Recommended Strategy

• Equip a low-level weapon

• Hit the Niya General lightly

• Make it follow you without killing it

• Keep approximately 10 meters distance

• Place the Trap for Spirit on the ground

• Make the monster walk through the trap

🎲 Possible Outcomes

When trapped, the monster may:

• Escape

• Drop Flutter Spirit (not useful for quest)

• Drop Normal Spirit ✅ (required item)

👉 Once you obtain Normal Spirit, return to Exorcist Miaoryeong

⚠️ Note:
If 100 traps are not enough, you can get another 100 traps from the same NPC.

7) Piece of Spirit – Berserk Challenge

✔️ NPC: Exorcist Miaoryeong

🚨 This is one of the most critical steps!

Before starting:

• Make sure your Berserk (Zerk) is FULL

🎯 What Happens

• You are teleported to a special area

• A monster named Lost Spirit appears

⚠️ Critical Rule

• You MUST kill the monster while Berserk is active

• If your Berserk ends before the final hit → ❌ FAIL

• If you don’t activate Berserk → ❌ FAIL

💡 Best Strategy

• Activate Berserk immediately after teleporting

• Attack without delay

• Do not take risks

Even for weaker builds (like blade), Berserk duration is usually enough.

After killing:

• You will be teleported back after ~5 seconds

• Talk to Exorcist Miaoryeong to complete the step

8) New Power – Final Step

✔️ NPC: Exorcist Miaoryeong → General Sonhyeon

• Just talk to both NPCs

• No combat required

🎉 Final Rewards

• Captain Title (yellow prefix)

• Blue Berserker (Blue Zerk) unlocked

• Ability to use Berserk recovery potion (with cooldown)

• Using Reverse Return Scrolls can significantly reduce quest time

• Average completion time: ~30 minutes

• Most time-consuming part: Getting Normal Spirit drop
